AOL Mobile
I worked on the AOL Mobile project as IT Project Manager from inception through final phases of delivery.
Daily, I coordinated development efforts between the client and their design studio with my company and our technical teams. I selected and managed external vendors on this over one million dollar project, and documented all phases of the project -- both business and technical requirements -- for the partner and vendors.
This several year project required close collaboration with a number of AOL departments and managers, and constant negotiation of IA decisions, product details, and deliveries.
